Weird vibration at stops

Not real sure yet what my car's issue is so im just gonna post here. My 2017 Corolla LE has this vibration going on when I'm stopped in drive (D), like at a red light and it gets worse when I use something thats electrical like the windows and sometimes feels like it pulses. It doesn't happen all the time tho and goes away in Neutral (N), Park (P), or when I go on and start moving. It also seems worse on cold days. After sitting for a few days, it had one rough start, but started fine since. Any ideas on what to check first?

sounds classic for a few common Corolla issues. first thing I'd check is the engine mounts. the rubber can harden or crack over time, especially the lower torque mount, leading to more vibration transferring into the cabin at idle.
it also sounds like it could be a slight idle issue that gets exacerbated by electrical load. The rough start after sitting could tie into that, too, maybe a slightly weak spark or dirty throttle body

C'mon a weak engine or transmission mount starting to go, common on these when the car vibrates only in drive while stopped and the fact that it eases up in neutral or park kinda points that way too, check battery health and grounds since it gets worse with electrical load

Makes sense. Though when you say a weak spark, are you thinking plugs, coils or something further upstream like the ignition control?

Battery health's all good, just checked. Im thinking transmission, would that make sense?
