Radio issue

Corolla seems to have this radio issue that's just so common. My 2010 Corolla's radio screen is lighting up still but I don't see anything displayed there anymore. Like last week I could still see faint letters and symbols there. I also can still switch between modes till now and it's as I said, lit up, but nothing's working anyway. Did a little something with the fuse, nada. Is this the sign I've been waiting for to upgrade and get an aftermarket infotainment? Or is it not worth doing that for something this old?

Recently just happened to my 2008 Corolla, didn't wanna stress myself too much so I just replaced it with the aftermarket android one lol.

It seems like a typical problem with the 2010 Corolla radio,it's usually linked to a loose connection or a bad solder joint. If you've already looked at the fuse, you might want to dive into checking the wiring or the screen next. Upgrading to an aftermarket stereo could really enhance your setup with modern features like Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, which could be a good move if you're looking for improved functionaltiy

You're already not getting any useful display and fuses didn't help, it's probably not worth chasing any deeper and honestly, this is the perfect excuse to upgrade, even a basic aftermarket head unit will give you way better sound and modern features
